      Skilled Occupation List (SOL) is relevant for applicants:

      1. Independent points-based skilled visa applicants who are not nominated by a state or territory government agency.
      2. A Family Sponsored Points Tested visa
      3. Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) – Graduate Work stream.

      Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL)

      CSOL The Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List is relevant for applicants:

      1. Points based skilled visa applicants nominated by a State or territory government agency under a state migration plan.
      2. The Employer Nominated scheme who must have been nominated by an Australian employer to fill a position in an occupation that appears in the CSOL.
      3. Temporary work skilled visa (subclass 457)
      4. Training and research visa (Subclass 402)
