The RightWay Process
A clear four-stage client journey from the first conversation to application or review support, depending on the service you engage RightWay to provide.
Enquiry & initial information
Start with a call, quick enquiry or free assessment. RightWay needs enough information to understand the type of help you are seeking and whether a consultation is appropriate.
Consultation & strategy
Where a consultation is booked, the purpose is to examine the circumstances in more detail, identify relevant requirements, discuss realistic options and explain key risks or unknowns. Any consultation fee should be confirmed before the appointment is finalised.
Documents & preparation
If you engage RightWay for professional services, the firm can provide document guidance, questionnaires and preparation steps suited to the matter rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Lodgement / review support & communication
Where included in the engagement, RightWay can prepare and lodge the matter, respond to requests for information and keep you informed. The final decision remains with the relevant Australian authority.
What the free assessment is—and is not
The website assessment is a lead and information-gathering form. It helps RightWay understand the enquiry. It is not a visa decision, an official eligibility result or a substitute for a professional consultation where detailed advice is required.
Fees should be clear before paid work starts
The scope of professional work and applicable fees should be explained before a client engages RightWay. Registered migration agents are subject to the OMARA Code of Conduct, including requirements concerning fees, client communication and records.
Tell RightWay what you want to achieve.
You do not need to know the visa subclass before making an enquiry.
